Letherbee Absinthe

As we evolve toward using 100% locally grown wormwood in our absinthe, batch 10 harnesses back the anise seed in favor of wormwood. This yields a lighter, more herbal and nuanced drink. It’s purposely NOT an anise bomb that louches with a mere few drops of water!
